Jean Lafitte

I took this picture some time in september and forgot about it....then found it!! this is a part of my town right after rita struck. (rita was another big storm right after katrina) it's around where my grandmother is, way down the road. i swear, with all of the debris, it looked like a bomb had gone off, horrible smells of rotted food and sewage, flooded cemetaries(and yes, some underground graves were distubed and open, crushed, etc. i didn't see though)...and this is after the flooding had gone down.
